Lizzie received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USA) San Marcos, CA in 2013. She specializes in functional manual therapy, improving efficiency of movement and posture, and treating chronic pain conditions. She treats from head to toe, including migraines, cervicogenic headaches, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction (the jaw). She also specializes in back, neck and postural conditions, including scoliosis. 

 

She is passionate about patient care, considers the full patient history and takes a whole-body approach to treatment. She has completed several continuing education courses that have built a thorough manual therapy approach. These include courses through the Institute of Physical Art (IPA) and the Manual Therapy Program at University of St. Augustine. She is also a Pain Free Performance Specialist which focuses on improved functional mobility and strengthening.

 

Lizzie was born and raised in San Diego, CA. She remains close to all of her family here. She enjoys spending time with her partner, Wayne, and his son, attending his baseball games, hiking, camping, and enjoying their yard with their three dogs.

Aimee received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Drexel University and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida. She has experience working with a variety of patient populations, including orthopedics and sports, post-operative, vestibular and concussion. 

 

Born and raised in New Jersey, she grew up playing soccer and basketball. She became interested in the field of physical therapy after tearing both ACLs while playing soccer. She realized the positive impact her physical therapist had on her during a challenging time. She brings a caring, passionate, and thoughtful approach to her treatment.  

 

Aimee enjoys staying active, hiking, yoga, pickleball, exploring national parks, catching sunset and spending time with family.

Marcia received her Masters in Physical Therapy from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 1994. She specializes in back, neck and postural problems. Her passion for community awareness and education is driven by her personal history of being diagnosed with bone health issues at 39 years old. 

 

Marcia has a personal passion for creating health and fitness, prompted by her own history of overcoming these obstacles and blessed with an Optimal Health Community on her lifetime journey. She is honored to support others discover what they desire to accomplish for well being. Marcia enjoys the exploration and discovery of integrating a healthy body and mind to serve others.

 

Marcia enjoys spending time with her family, adores Rusty's roses, Gabriella's music and art, her son, Anthony's baseball games, St. Patrick's Parish and the North County Cursillo Ultreya Community.

Rusty Tassinari, MPT

Rusty received his Masters in Physical Therapy from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 1994. He has also been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 1987 and was a student trainer in the sports medicine facility at San Diego State University.

 

Rusty focuses his time helping the runners in the San Diego Track Club’s Rock N Roll Marathon Training Program. He offers free seminars at their training sessions which focus on injury prevention, stretching, foot evaluations for proper shoe fit, and safe training progressions. Rusty’s expertise is enhanced by his own personal experience with running, completing triathlons, and marathons. Rusty also has extensive experience with shoulder injuries, progressing back to sports, and baseball throwing mechanics.

 

He enjoys walking the neighborhood with his dog, Sally, growing roses and giving them to others. He is honored to serve as team Manager for Tony's North Count Mavericks team, and is most happy spending time with family.
